The bill would make this statute inapplicable to a provider when: (a) The provider, or the provider's parent, legal guardian or spouse, owns, uses or has used an area, facility, activity or service in accordance with the provider's agreement with the Department of Agriculture under the Florida Wildlife Education Act.” Sponsored by State Reps.
